Helia Resource SRI is announcing an innovative way to break away from the usual Wall Street initial public offering (IPO) process) for the launch of the electronic platform in Africa.
Summary:
Helia SRI is EXCLUSIVELY offering Felix de Weldon limited edition lithographs..
Proceeds from purchases would build upon the core foundation to operate the SRI and continue to bring into motion the concept of art generating a revenue stream.
Participation:
Under its "Art-P-O" process supporters of the Helia would purchase a signed lithograph created by Felix de Weldon. The prints included are 1) Flag Raising on Iwo Jima War Memorial; 2) the Discus Thrower and 3) The Lovers
Each purchaser of the lithograph will potentially benefit from the potential income stream of the platform via the Helia SRI equity stake in the venture. The goal would be for each "Art-P-O' investor to eventually recoup the cost of each lithograph.

To further generate awareness of the concept of social investing founder Don Wilcox plans to replicate the entire 2024 Tour De France cycling course next June/July. The task to complete the full route just ahead of the official 21 stage race. Funds raised during the ride to be directed towards loans/grants for small-scale farmers under the Musika platform. SRI in talks with various aid agencies (e.g. USAID for matching funds)
Mr. Wilcox has a history of past cycling endurance events including recently riding over 300 miles inside Central Park during a single ride. This ride came after three prior cycling events known as “everesting” (the task involves selecting a hill and complete repeats of it in a single activity until one has climbed 29,029 feet (8,848 meters) – the equivalent height of Mt Everest).

Helia Resources has partnered with Musika Solutions to develop technical products, solutions, and services designed to create efficiencies in small-scale farming and related commodity trading via automation, initially in Zimbabwe, and then cross-border into Africa.
The looming launch of an electronic commodity exchange will benefit the smallest of farmers in the region. The potential block-chain* encrypted “end to end" commodity platform would ensure all facets of the commodity value were covered, tracked, and monitored.
The social appeal of the venture is that a basic priority designed in the platform would address the need to accommodate the small-scale farmer, - including the un-banked, and under-banked - and make them viable at the institutional level. It would allow the smallest of farmers to participate on an institutional level.
Platform technology spearheaded by David Ogg who previously designed the CBOE FX platform, Refinitiv FX platform (part of LSEG business group) and Citibank FX trading platform.
Dave Ogg previously worked as CEO of Hotspot FX, founder, and CEO of Lava FX, as well as head of foreign exchange at Credit Suisse and HSBC, Ogg's backing of the Musika Exchange brings a huge amount of credibility to ensure reputable grading of commodities and its delivery of necessary crops through his proprietary technology and expertise.
Musika has received the corporate support of Old Mutual (a diversified international financial services group listed on the stock exchange in London, South Africa, Malawi, Namibia and Zimbabwe.)
Musika also has the back of the largest food companies and processors in the region.

Planned Sequencing of SRI funds for Musika Solutions
1) Purchase De Weldon Art
2) Recoup SRI cumulative legal expenses for set-up of the Musika Solution platform (approx $100K)
3) Helia SRI works with various govt/private organization and financial corporations with proceeds to provide matching grants/loans to unbanked and under-banked farmers focusing on women
a) Farmer takes inputs (seeds, fertilizer, fuel) and plants (or livestock and other commodity input requirements, by Sector
b) Farmer tends to his crop and harvests, with Musika crop monitoring solutions.
Post harvest process
4) Aggregation of crops
. a) Harvested crops are delivered to a collection station, depot, silo, or warehouse.
. b) Product is graded, weighed, tested and recorded as received.
5) Stock in warehouse is then available to sell using an end-to-end solution
6) Orders placed on the Commodity Trading Platform”
7) Traded instruments then provide simultaneous payment of traded crops to farmers/lenders
